Teaching Portfolio - A teaching portfolio should contain (applicants CV, teaching philosophy, teaching loads, course outlines, exams questions etc.)

Applicant must undergo three DTAC assessments (those who applied before the waiver)

Completed UAB Form 2E indicating applicants contribution to the joint publications (CAu, Sc, Dr etc)

Completed UAB Form 2F List and Description (APA)

Written contribution to joint publications  (Separate Sheet- optional)

Completed UAB FORM 2H -University and Public Service

Exhibits (soft copies).
